Administrative Assistant
Wage: $21 / hour
Duration: Part time (7 - 10 hrs / week)
Location: East Glacier Park, MT (Office based)
 
Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant primary responsibilities are to manage the office, perform routine business administration or clerical tasks, maintain GTMA’s donor database, and provide administrative support to staff, and occasionally the Board, necessary to ensure GTMA’s operations are running smoothly. The position also coordinates GTMA’s retail merchandise sales, including fulfilling online orders, and periodically assists with implementing events, such as our annual speaker series or Fall Gathering.

Glacier-Two Medicine Alliance loves to help local college students gain experience in the conservation field. We can support both in-person and remote internships. If you are interested in a possible internship with Glacier-Two Medicine Alliance, please contact us to discuss your ideas and to see if we’d be a good fit for your program.

We encourage you to check out opportunities through Montana Conservation Corps’ Individual Placement Programs. GTMA serves as a host site. We can work with qualified applicants to secure your placement after acceptance into the program.
