Join us for the Annual East Glacier Community Cleanup!
When: Sunday, April 26, 2026 at 9:00am — or from anywhere April 19-26, 2026.
Where: Meet in East Glacier at the Glacier-Two Medicine office
There are two great ways to participate:
- Join our main event in East Glacier on Sunday, April 26 at 9 a.m. We’ll help clean up trash or other debris from the winter to get the community ready to welcome travellers. Enjoy a free lunch and refreshments, as well as time to connect with community members. There will also be opportunity for a brief educational activity (such as practice spraying inert bear spray!), and to learn about an easy way to help contribute wildlife observations that will contribute to making US-2 safer for wildlife and people (#ConnectTheCrown). All necessary cleanup supplies, and a chance to connect with fellow community members!
- Can't make it on Sunday? Participate on your own schedule between April 19-26 by cleaning up an area of your choice.
Whether you join us for the main event or choose your own cleanup adventure to celebrate Earth Day, you'll be part of a larger movement to protect and preserve our beautiful natural spaces.
Together, we can make a lasting impact on our environment, one piece of trash at a time.
