Glacier-Two Medicine Alliance (GTMA) is firmly committed to your privacy and protecting any  information we may collect from visitors to our website, event registration websites, social  media pages, and emails we may send to you. This privacy policy discloses GTMA’s  information collection practices, including what type of information may be collected and how it  is used. By providing personal identifiable information to GTMA, you agree to the terms and  conditions of this Privacy Policy.  

Information that may be Collected:  

GTMA’s website automatically collects non-personal identifiable information for analytics  purposes. This information includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses, device type, operating  system, internet service provider, and amount of time spent on site. GTMA’s website is not set  up to track, collect, or distribute personal identifiable information not entered by visitors. GTMA  only collects personal identifiable information submitted by visitors on a voluntary basis. For  example, GTMA may collect personal identifiable information when you complete a contact  form, sign up for a newsletter, purchase merchandise, or donate. The personal identifiable  information GTMA may collect includes, but is not limited to, contact information, demographic  information, and financial information. If you tell us that you do not wish to have this  information used as a basis for further contact with you, GTMA will respect your wishes.  GTMA does not knowingly collect information from minors without the consent of a legal  guardian. GTMA’s online sites are intended for a general audience. 

Use and disclosure of Information:  

GTMA may use personal identifiable information for internal purposes such as data analysis,  usage trends, usage monitoring, and to solve technical problems. GTMA may also use personal  identifiable information to contact you, process orders and donations, to fulfill your requests, and  for other administrative purposes. GTMA may disclose personal identifiable information to  third-party service providers who provide services such as website hosting, data analysis, credit  card processing, and other similar services. GTMA will not disclose your personal identifiable  information to other organizations without your permission. If you have previously granted  GTMA permission to share your personal identifiable information with other organizations and  no longer want to have your information shared, please contact the office at  info@glaciertwomedicine.org.  

Use of cookies:  

A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to a customer's browser from a web server and is  stored on the computer's hard drive. GTMA, or its third-party service providers, use non identifying cookies to provide easier site navigation. GTMA’s cookies do not generate personal  data, do not read personal data from your machine, and are not tied to anything that could be used to identify you. GTMA’s website can still be used if a customer’s browser is set to reject  cookies.  

Third party websites:  

GTMA’s online sites may contain links to other websites or GTMA may post information on  other websites such as Facebook or Instagram. GTMA is not responsible for the privacy  practices or the content of those other websites, nor does GTMA control what information may  be collected from you or how that information may be used. It is important that you review any  privacy policies on third-party sites carefully before you use any services or programs offered. 

Security of information:  

GTMA employs physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the security and  integrity of personal identifiable information. All payment and donation data are encrypted  whenever transmitted or received online through industry compliant third-party payment  services. Your payment data is not kept on our computer, network, or server. Although GTMA  exercises all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your information,  transmissions protected by industry standard security technology and implemented by human  beings cannot be made absolutely secure. Consequently, GTMA shall not be liable for  unauthorized disclosure of personal information due to no fault of GTMA including, but not  limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of individuals. Suspected incidents of  unauthorized use of a web visitor’s personal data should be reported immediately to the  webmaster via info@glaciertwomedicine.org  

Access, corrections, or deletion:  

If you would like to access, correct, or delete personal identifiable information previously  provided to GTMA, please contact the office at info@glaciertwomedicine.org. In your request,  please make clear what personal identifiable information you would like to have reviewed,  corrected, or deleted.

This privacy policy was last updated on August 28, 2024. GTMA reserves the right to update or  modify its privacy policy at any time. If GTMA changes its privacy policy, GTMA will update  the “Date Amended” date at the top of the page.

All materials contained on this website are protected by United States copyright law and may not  be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published or broadcast without the prior  written permission of the Glacier-Two Medicine Alliance. 

Best efforts have been made to identify and credit photographs and content that may have been  donated by other organizations or individuals that may appear on this website. Unintentional  errors or omissions may occur. Please contact the office at info@glaciertwomedicine.org with  any copyright corrections which should be addressed.

Website visitors may download material from this site provided it is for personal, non commercial use only, and provided further that all copyright and other proprietary notices are  kept intact. Visitors are also welcome to link to pages included in this site for reference.
