Tell Sen. Daines and Sen. Sheehy: No Public Land Sales in Budget Bill

Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) continues his quixotic push to include massive mandatory sales of our beloved public lands in the budget reconciliation bill. Though the Senate parliamentarian rejected Lee's earlier proposals as violations of Senate rules, he has vowed to keep trying.

Montana Senators Steve Daines and Tim Sheehy, along with Idaho Senators Mike Crapo and Jim Risch are critical to stopping new land sale proposals from being included in the bill at this the 11th hour.

Public outcry over the potential sale of beloved hunting, hiking, and camping grounds helped push Montana's Senators to publicly oppose Lee's proposal. They need to keep hearing from all of us: No public land sales!

Please call Senator Daines and Senator Sheehy today!

Contact Sen. Daines and Sen. Sheehy to urge them:

  • to strip this terrible, short-sighted proposal to sell public land
  • to vote “No!” on any version of the budget reconciliation bill that contains public land sales.
